Clear all Caches / Flush all Caches

If you are experiencing odd errors or the site seems unresponsive to some changes you have made, you may need to clear or flush the site caches. This is like the "turn it off and back on again" of a Drupal site and is a highly suggested step in troubleshooting. They do the same thing and if one does not work to resolve your issue, it is unlikely that the other will.
