Click on "Get Started" above to begin the process of migrating your site or building a new site using the CMS. All units are responsible for the migration of their own content to the CMS.

Training

KU Information Technology provides regular training on the use of the KU Web CMS. Scheduled workshops can be found on the Training Workshops page.

Technical Problems

If you are experiencing a critical issue with a website that is already live in the CMS, please contact the IT Customer Service Center at 864-8080 or itcsc@ku.edu. (For websites under the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, please contact the College's web services team for assitance at clasweb@ku.edu.)

 


Design and Development Help

The Office of Public Affairs is available to help units with revising their site architecture and/or selecting site imagery for page headings and other needs. The KU Information Technology Web Development and Interface Design team also is available to assist with module development, CMS-related questions and site administration. KU IT and Public Affairs will provide assistance and support on a first-come, first-served basis, so university units are encouraged to begin planning and preparing for CMS conversion as soon as possible.
